Mortgage and Home-buyers Reports
The report provides;
Identification of each tree at the property (and/or third party trees close to the property).
Information on tree height, canopy spread, stem diameter, age class and its distance from the building
Observations on the trees condition
Short and long term management recommendations
An appraisal of the probability that the trees will affect the property directly or indirectly.
A plan showing the trees in relation to the building
If you are in the process of purchasing a property, the Building Society may ask for a Tree Report, a Home-buyers Report, a Mortgage Report or a Subsidence Report.....
Which ever term is used, the purpose of the report is to provide an assessment of the trees on, or near, the site and how they may affect the property.
